Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

 

1. What payment methods can I use?

ZenTrend accepts the following methods of payment for your orders:

    • Paypal
    • MasterCard
    • Visa

We do not accept:

    • CODs
    • Personal checks
    • Money orders
    • Credit cards issued by banks outside the U.S.
    • Credit cards with billing addresses outside the U.S.

     

2. When will my order ship?

ZenTrend will strive to ship your order within 24 hours of order placement in most cases, for products in stock. Please note, no change orders are possible after an order is shipped.
Our standard shipment option is U.S. Postal Services Priority mail for all 50 US states and Puerto Rico. All orders to PO box and APO will only be shipped via U.S. Postal Services Priority Mail. Every ship-to address specified in the order is considered a separate shipment and is charged for shipment individually.

 

3. Can I change my order ?

We understand and appreciate that you might change your mind about what you want to order. You can change your order prior to the order being shipped. Please call ZenService (Customer Service) at 866-ZEN-TRND to change your order before it ships. Do hurry, once it is shipped, we cannot make any changes to the order.

 

4. Can I cancel my order ?

We do understand that you have good reasons to change your mind about an order. We just request that you cancel as soon as you can prior to the shipment of the order. Please call ZenService( Customer Service) at 866-ZEN-TRND, as soon as possible prior to shipment, to cancel the order. Once the order is shipped (mostly same day) – it is not possible to cancel the order.

 

5. When will my order be delivered?

All orders placed before 11am Pacific time, after credit card approval and packaging, the order will be delivered to you based on the choice of delivery (shipping) options chosen –

Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days. Please note all delivery times are estimates, and will vary based on shipping locations. The above delivery times, please allow for additional time required to get credit card approvals, address verification, order processing, packing, shipping.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Marshall Islands, Samoa and any P.O. boxes are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Please allow 5-10 days for delivery. No Next-Day or 2-day option is available for these locations.

 

6. What does it cost to ship my order?

Shipping rates are calculated according to the purchase value of your order.

7. Do you ship outside the United States?

At this time, we regret we are unable to service orders placed from or shipped to locations outside the U.S.
ZenTrend ships to APO addresses. The delivery time for APO shipments may vary.

 

8. By which carrier will my order be shipped?

We ship via U.S. Postal Priority Mail if you select the Standard Ground Shipping Option. Orders sent by Expedited or Express shipping methods are delivered by UPS or a similar courier service. We recommend choosing Expedited or Express shipping if you are shipping your package to a business address.

 

9. What if I change my mind and want a different size or color after my order is placed?

You can make a change to the order if the product has not shipped. For assistance please call ZenService Representatives at 866-ZEN-TRND (8666-936-8763).

 

10. Can I ship to an address other than my own?

Yes, you can ship to another address besides your own. You can specifiy a shipping address separate from your billing address during the checkout process.
Please note that at this time we do not ship outside the United States. We are happy, however, to ship to APO addresses.

 

11. What if I am not pleased with my purchase? Can I return the product?

In an ideal world every purchase would be perfect. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it ( unworn, unwashed and with tags still attached) within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Please call ZenService at 866-ZEN-TRND or send an email to Zenservice@zentrend.com to get a Return referrence id. Simply take the package to the nearest Post office or your carrier.

Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Your credit card account will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an e-mail informing you of the processed return.

 

12. What will I have to pay to make a return or exchange?

All returns and exchanges of products within 30 days of purchase are free. You will however be responsible for paying the return postage. In the event, you received the product damaged in anyway, we will refund you the purchase price of the product and the return shipping cost. For exchanges, we will credit your return postage, against the exchange shipment.

All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Your credit card account will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.

 

13.   Can gifts be exchanged for something else ?

Yes, you can easily exchange gifts. Since gifts come with invoices without prices it is easy to identify them. The Return postage label must be used and the standard return process followed as above. Gift recipients can exchange the product for items of equal or greater value, by calling Customer Service (Zenservice) at 866-ZEN-TRND. At this time, we do NOT offer an on-line store credit.  

 

14.  Will my order be taxed?

Applicable sales tax will be included on all orders based on if the shipping address is within the state of California. The tax rate is charged based on the location of the shipping address within California.

 

15. I live outside the United States. Can I order from ZenTrend?

Sorry, we currently we do no ship to locations outside the United States.

 

16. What do I do if my item arrives damaged?

Customer satisfaction is our goal at ZenTrend. Please contact our Customer Service Representatives at 866-ZEN-TRND and we will replace the order if in stock, or send you a product of equal value. If you do not wish to get a replacement, we will credit your money back after receiving the damaged product back.

 

17. How long does it take to process my return?

Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing. We are not able to issue credit until your return package has been received and processed.

 

18. How do I know which size to purchase?

We offer size charts for. This will help guide you in determining which size to purchase. Look below to view our size charts:
