We appreciate your entrusting us with the information while you make a purchase and we will honor our commitment to keep it with care by following appropriate security policies and standards. Described below is the privacy policy that governs who visit ZenTrend

Personal Information Collected

The information we gather from customers will help us support your order process and personalize the site in the future to continually improve your shopping experience. What Are Cookies?

• Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that are transferred to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser to enable our systems to recognize your browser and to provide features such as personalization of your shopping experience. 

• We use two types of cookies –
• Session cookies exist only for as long as your browser remains open. Once you exit your browser, they go away. We use session cookies to maintain information we need to have in order for you to shop at ZenTrend. For example, the Session ID cookie retains the ID for your shopping bag. Without the Session ID cookie, you can't add merchandise to your bag and checkout.
• Persistent cookies, on the other hand, last from visit to visit; they do not go away when you exit your browser. At ZenTrend, we will be using persistent cookies to give you a more personalized shopping experience in the future.
• Most browsers can allow you to alert when a new cookie is enabled or prevent cookies all together. The help section on your browser will explain how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether. Non-personally identifiable information
ZenTrend uses non-personally identifiable information, such as your IP address and the pages that you visit on our Site, to help diagnose problems with our servers and to administer our Site and improve Site-related services and features. Your IP address and other non-personally identifiable information also may be used to gather broad demographic information and to recognize customer traffic patterns and Site usage trends. This information aids us in merchandising and in developing the design and layout of the Site and thus providing you an improved overall experience.

ZenTrend uses personally identifiable information collected from you to complete transactions initiated by you (such as the sale and delivery of products and services). We may also use personally identifiable information to contact you to make sure you are satisfied with our goods and services or to find out how we can serve you better. Further, we may use personally identifiable information to conduct in-depth marketing research regarding our customers and potential customers. Financial information (credit card numbers, credit card expiration dates, billing address, and so forth) is used to bill you for products and services.
You may, from time to time, receive information from us regarding new features, new products and services and special offers we think you'll find valuable. How is my information stored ?

ZenTrend is committed to doing its best to maintain the security of information collected on our site. To try to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place the appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Private account and customer information is located on a secured server behind a firewall; it is not directly connected to the Internet. Passwords and credit card information are encrypted and stored. The information while transmitted via the web is encrypted using SSL ( Secure Sockets Layer). However, please be aware that, unfortunately, no security system, or system of transmitting data over the Internet, can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

What are my choices for information sharing? 

We do not disclose an individual customer's personally identifiable information to third parties for third-party direct marketing purposes if we have received and processed a request from that customer not to have his or her personal information shared for this purpose. You may submit this type of opt-out request by email at info@zentrend.com . In addition, we also allow you to decide whether you want to receive further marketing information from us. If you do not want ZenTrend to send to you announcements or special offers by email, please email us at info@zentrend.com with the subject line ‘Remove from mailing List’

 Are Children Allowed to Purchase?

ZenTrend does not sell products for purchase directly to children under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you may use ZenTrend only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
