Prices and Quantity Limits

We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof, even after your receipt of an order confirmation. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items purchased and/or to prohibit sales to dealers. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will promptly issue a credit to your credit card account for the amount of the charge made.

Product Characteristic, Care & Maintenance

At ZenTrend we strive to bring you highest quality products from a blend of Eastern and Western trends. All our styles are hand-crafted and tailored based on designs created by up and coming designers from different parts of the world. We proudly stand behind the authenticity and the workmanship of our products. Most styles are embellished with embroidery, brocade or sequin work – which are delicate by nature and need proper care and maintenance. Hand or machine wash is not recommended for the products, use dryclean only. Use cool iron and iron on reverse side of the garments.

Any gentle shading and irregularities are characteristic of the handmade products, and in no way reflect damage or error in manufacturing.

We do not assume responsibility for any damage to product during washing or ironing or improper storage of any kind.

Purchasing terms and conditions

By purchasing goods from ZenTrend, you agree that the offer and sale of those goods takes place in, and will be governed by the laws of, the State of California. All goods purchased from ZenTrend are F.O.B. at ZenTrend’s fulfillment center. Title to goods passes to you at the time of delivery by the fulfillment center to a common carrier.

 
Sales tax is applied to your ZenTend order in accordance with individual state and local regulations if your shipping address is in the state of California. Appropriate tax charges will appear on the Order page during checkout.
